The Deacons, with the mision and vision of UCC in mind, help with the day-to-day operations and services of the church and the as follows: ushering, communion, collection of offerings, maintenance of church facilities and performing other duties as needed.

DEACONESSES 

They plan and supervise operations and services of the Church as follows: preparation and maintenance communion and baptism facilities and supplies ; kitchen, coffee, and plants and flowers; hostess functions; dinners and other organized Church meals; other related Church operations and services directed by the Team. One deaconess to serve as coordinator for each of the service areas identified above, or others such as needed is appointed by the Team.

ELDERS 

ELDERS provide overall direction and manage the operations of the Church, including but not limited to Church facilities; establish and implement education goals and programs; plan, organize for Church growth; plan long-range objectives of the Church.
